INSTRUCTIONS OF USE

  • 1st phase: place the meat between the lower and upper plates of the machine, after removing the screws, the plastic handle and the clamps.
  • 2nd phase: we pass the sticks (skewers)
  • 3rd phase: we install a) the clamps, b) the plastic handle, c) the screws
  • 4th phase: cut the meat and release the contents by pulling on the plastic handle, after removing the metal pins.
